TÍTULO IV - DE LOS SECRETARIOS DE LA SUPREMA CORTE DE JUSTICIA, DEL TRIBUNAL DE LO CONTENCIOSO ADMINISTRATIVO, DE LOS TRIBUNALES DE APELACIONES, DE LOS ACTUARIOS DE LOS JUZGADOS DE TODAS LAS CATEGORIAS, DE LOS SECRETARIOS DE LOS JUECES Y DE LOS ALGUACILES › CAPÍTULO I - DE LOS SECRETARIOS DE LA SUPREMA CORTE DE JUSTICIA, DEL TRIBUNAL DE LO CONTENCIOSO ADMINISTRATIVO, DE LOS TRIBUNALES DE APELACIONES Y DE LOS ACTUARIOS DE LOS JUZGADOS DE TODAS LAS CATEGORIAS
Los secretarios y actuarios son funcionarios encargados del control, autenticación, comunicación y conservación de los expedientes y documentos existentes en el tribunal. Practicarán, además, las diligencias que se les encomienden por la ley o por los jueces.
